Dr. Sharron Jenkins
Dr. Sharron Jenkins is a biophysical chemist, author, and respected health educator with over 25 years of experience in science, research, and wellness. A former tenured professor at Purdue University Northwest, she served as Campus Director and Co-Principal Investigator of a $3 million National Science Foundation research program, leading research on sickle cell disease and trans fats in fast food.
