What You Need (Accountability)

Smart Scale (or Digital Scale): Strongly preferred for tracking 13 key body metrics and metabolic trends. A basic digital scale is the minimum requirement.

Ketone Strips: Used to monitor metabolic switching and ensure you have reached nutritional ketosis.

Electrolyte Support: Required to maintain mineral balance during detoxification and metabolic shifts. Options include Hi-Lyte, Skratch, or LMNT (unsweetened).

Blood Pressure Cuff: Optional but strongly recommended, especially for those with hypertension, diabetes, or heart conditions, to monitor daily improvements.

Nuts (Almonds Preferred): Gather 5–7 cups of almonds (or your preferred nut) to have on hand for the protocol.

Lemons: 7–10 lemons for daily use.

Water: Ensure a daily supply of 64–96 ounces of Spring or Purified water to maintain consistent hydration.
Note: All other items, such as smartwatches and resistance bands, are optional but can help with accountability and performing the BioFit-360 movement protocols. You will receive specific weekly grocery lists at the start of each phase.

The first week introduces core BioFit principles and serves as a structured starting point for participants seeking to improve eating habits and establish momentum.
