The $35 Membership fee includes masterclasses, meal plans, and coaching. The $50 plans are speciality masterclasses offered each month and include one masterclass with coaching.

What You Need

Smart Scale (or Digital Scale): Strongly preferred for tracking 13 key body metrics and metabolic trends. A basic digital scale is the minimum requirement.

Ketone Strips: Used to monitor metabolic switching and ensure you have reached nutritional ketosis.

Electrolyte Support: Required to maintain mineral balance during detoxification and metabolic shifts. Options include Hi-Lyte, Skratch, or LMNT (unsweetened).

Blood Pressure Cuff: Optional but strongly recommended, especially for those with hypertension, diabetes, or heart conditions, to monitor daily improvements.

Nuts (Almonds Preferred): Gather 5–7 cups of almonds (or your preferred nut) to have on hand for the protocol.
