Wellness Tracks are anti-inflammatory maintenance meal plans designed to support long-term health, metabolic stability, and weight maintenance after goals have been reached—or as a gentle entry point into BioFit-360.  These tracks are built around normal, everyday eating, while still applying metabolic principles. Each Wellness Track includes a strategic 7-day or 28-day meal plan, paired with education that explains how to maintain healing through food choices.

 

Wellness Tracks:

  • Are always anti-inflammatory

  • Focus on metabolic maintenance, not aggressive weight loss

  • Apply the 90% rule, allowing occasional healthier comfort foods

  • Support a balanced, sustainable relationship with food

 

Participants receive:

  • Three meals per day

  • Two to three optional snacks

  • Flexibility to choose what to leave off each day based on hunger and preference

 

Calorie ranges typically fall between 1,500–2,000 calories per day (sometimes slightly lower or higher depending on the plan). If weight loss occurs on a Wellness Track, it is slow, gradual, and natural, and typically happens only if the body is already carrying excess weight.

Wellness Tracks are ideal for:

  • Maintaining weight and health goals

  • Preventing chronic illness

  • Supporting long-term healing

  • Learning how to eat for metabolic balance without restriction

Reset Tracks are intervention-based meal plans designed for individuals who are actively working to lose weight, heal metabolic dysfunction, or address chronic health conditions.

Each Reset Track is a 7-day or 28-day strategically structured meal plan, designed to realign metabolism, reduce inflammation, and restore proper energy flow in the body. These tracks assume the body requires metabolic correction, not maintenance.

Reset Tracks are appropriate for concerns such as:

  • Weight loss and obesity

  • Diabetes and insulin resistance

  • Hypertension

  • Cancer support

  • Kidney disease

  • Chronic inflammation and fatigue

These tracks focus on:

  • Insulin and hormone regulation through food timing and composition

  • Digestive rest and cellular repair

  • Anti-inflammatory and metabolic-reset meal strategies

  • Applying education through intentional eating protocols

Education is a critical component of Reset Tracks. Participants learn:

  • How food signals healing or stress in the body

  • Why the body is designed to heal naturally

  • How to use meal structure to support recovery, fat loss, and metabolic repair

The meal plans are the application of the education, and coaching provides the accountability needed to follow the plan safely and effectively.
